Notice to Members Regarding External Affiliations
The Jain Center of British Columbia (JCBC) wishes to inform its members and the community that it is not associated with the Canadian Jain Association of Business and Professionals, a non-profit organization. Membership in that organization does not imply affiliation with JCBC.
We kindly urge all members to verify any associations or memberships before engaging with external organizations.
JCBC Business Forum Launch
With great pleasure, we announce the upcoming launch of a JCBC Business Forum, created under the JCBC umbrella. This initiative is designed to:
- Unite businesses owned by Jains in British Columbia
- Support entrepreneurs
- Create a platform for community-wide collaboration and prosperity
This vision has been cherished by many Jains in BC for decades. Since our recent AGM, we have been actively working toward making this dream a reality. The forum’s structure—including governing bylaws, composition, membership, elections, integration, and authority matters—is currently being developed and will be presented to the JCBC community once finalized.

Please note: the current “Jain Centre of BC Network WhatsApp” group will no longer be affiliated with JCBC.
Going forward, all official JCBC WhatsApp groups will:
- Include “JCBC” in their name
- Be administered by an elected JCBC director
- Be listed on the JCBC website or verifiable through JCBC Directors
